The Kharisma dashboard is the admin tool people use after onboarding is complete.

It is where users manage QR codes, share links, and resend the welcome pack.

It is also where users manage connected profiles, invitations, and joined profile access.

What you can do

Sharing

The dashboard is built for fast sharing.

Use the QR link when you want people to open the flow on a phone, laptop, or tablet.

Use connected profile groups when you want senders to see a team, folder, or multi-person structure.

Common ways to share the link:

• text message
• email
• social media
• printed materials
• wallet passes

Welcome pack

The welcome pack usually includes:

• QR codes
• wallet instructions
• onboarding guidance
• profile setup guidance
• helpful links to Learn documentation

Users can resend the welcome pack from the dashboard when they need it again.

Printable QR codes

The dashboard can generate QR codes that are ready for print.

Two formats are available:

• 2x2 -- compact square, good for table tents and stickers.
• 3x4 -- larger portrait, good for posters and wall displays.

Both use Kharisma's default branded design for a consistent look across locations.

Business and Individual accounts can also choose a QR code type before downloading:

• Payments + Tips -- for accepting both service payments and gratuities.
• Tips Only -- for accepting gratuities or donations only.

Non-profit accounts do not have a QR code type selection.

When do I get dashboard access?

After Stripe onboarding is completed, Kharisma sends the emails needed to access the admin tool and set up the password.

Can I resend the welcome pack?

Yes. The dashboard includes a resend option.

Can I print my QR code?

Yes. You can download and print QR codes for signs, cards, and table materials.

Can I share my QR code with other people?

Yes. You can share the link with customers, friends, family, and supporters.

Can I manage connected profiles in the dashboard?

Yes. The dashboard is where you organize groups, invitations, and joined profile access.

Can I customize my profile from the dashboard?

Yes. Profile branding and public details are part of the customer-facing setup flow.

Can I choose what my QR code accepts?

Yes, if you have a Business or Individual account. When downloading from the dashboard, you can select Payments + Tips or Tips Only. Non-profit accounts do not have this option.
