Kharisma onboarding is designed to get a jar ready for real-world giving quickly.
The process stays mobile-friendly and operational.
Onboarding flow
- Sign up on Kharisma
- Choose a jar type
- Individual
- Business
- Nonprofit
- Connect a financial institution through Stripe
- Get access to the dashboard and admin tool
- Receive the welcome pack
- Download or print the jar's QR code
- Add the QR code to a mobile wallet where available
- Start receiving payments, donations, or tips where the jar type allows
What happens at each step
Sign up
The user provides first name, last name, email address, and jar type.
Stripe onboarding
Stripe manages:
- financial onboarding
- payout setup
- banking verification
- compliance-related verification
Dashboard access
After Stripe onboarding is complete, Kharisma sends access emails and password setup or reset instructions.
Welcome pack
The welcome pack usually includes:
- the jar's QR code
- wallet instructions
- onboarding guidance
- links to Learn documentation
QR-ready setup
Once the welcome pack is in place, the jar is ready for sharing, printing, and discovery.
