- Get access to the dashboard and admin tool
- Receive the welcome pack
- Download or print QR codes
- Add QR codes to wallets where available
- Start receiving payments, donations, or tips where allowed
What happens at each step
Sign up
The user provides first name, last name, email, and account type.
Stripe onboarding
Stripe manages:

Dashboard access
After Stripe onboarding is complete, Kharisma sends access emails and password setup or reset instructions.
Welcome pack
The welcome pack usually includes:
- QR codes
- wallet instructions

QR-ready setup
Once the welcome pack is in place, the profile is ready for sharing, printing, and public discovery.
