Kharisma supports immediate service payments, tips, and support through QR codes and shared links.

Shared Jars can route tips and donations to linked jars, but not service payments.

Business and Individual jar flows

Business and Individual jars can use Kharisma to:

• receive payments for services
• receive tips
• send receipts
• use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cards

The payment is immediate once the customer confirms.

Recurring payments are not part of the Business or Individual jar payment flow in Phase 1.

Fees

Current public pricing uses a 3.9% + 50¢ total processing fee.

The current public pricing model is giver covers fees.

Keep the fee language visible before the sender confirms the payment so the checkout feels trustworthy and clear.

Shared Jar behavior

Shared Jars can route tips to their linked jars.

In a Shared Jar, the giver can:

• choose one specific linked jar
• split a tip evenly across the linked jars

This is useful when one QR code should support a team instead of a single jar.

Payout timing

Stripe handles payout setup and verification.

For many Business and Individual jars, funds are typically available quickly based on Stripe payout timing and verification status.

Nonprofit note

Nonprofit jars use a different flow.

They receive donations and tips, not service payments.
