Joined Profiles
Learn how joined profiles work for invited users inside connected organizations and groups.
Joined Profiles
Joined Profiles are the organizations or accounts a user has been invited into.
If Connected Profiles describe the structure, Joined Profiles describe the places a user belongs.
What a Joined Profile is
A Joined Profile is the account, team, or organization a user joins after accepting an invitation.
Examples:

Accepting invitations
When a user receives an invitation:

- They sign up if needed
- They accept the invite
- The joined profile appears in their Kharisma experience
Managing joined profiles
Users can switch between joined profiles when they belong to more than one organization.
This helps people who work across multiple groups or teams.
What Joined Profiles are for
- navigating multiple organizations
- understanding where a user belongs
- keeping invited structures separate and clear
What Joined Profiles are not for
- service payments
Joined Profiles inherit the same tip and donation rules as the connected structure they belong to.
